Instructions

  1. Prep the Cottage Cheese: If using curd-style, blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix whipped cottage cheese, almond butter, cocoa powder, and sugar until a thick batter forms.
  3. Prepare the Pan: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
