- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Blend the Base: Add cottage cheese, honey, cocoa powder, and vanilla to a blender. Blend for 1–2 minutes or until completely smooth and creamy.
- Adjust the Texture: If too thick, add a splash of milk. If too thin, stir in 1 teaspoon of chia seeds and refrigerate for 10 minutes to naturally thicken.
- Chill and Serve: Spoon mousse into small jars or bowls and chill for 30 minutes. Top with berries, chocolate chips, or your favorite toppings before serving.
Notes
For best results, use full-fat cottage cheese and blend until silky. Make it vegan by using dairy-free cottage cheese and maple syrup. Perfect as a quick snack, dessert, or post-workout boost!
