- ⅓ cup (33 g) unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for stronger chocolate flavor)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coconut oil (optional, helps fudge firm up)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions
- Blend Cottage Cheese: Add cottage cheese to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Melt Chocolate: In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate and coconut oil together, stirring until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine melted chocolate, blended cottage cheese, cocoa powder (if using), and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until silky and fully incorporated.
- Add Optional Extras: Gently fold in any mix-ins like chopped nuts or dried fruit if desired.
- Pour and Smooth: Line a small baking tray or loaf pan with parchment paper. Pour in the fudge mixture and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill to Set: Refrigerate for 4–6 hours or freeze for 1–2 hours until fully set. Slice into squares and serve.
